Sermon
series on God and Work 6.30 - 8.00 pm. Good Party - a positive alternative to Halloween for Primary aged children. November Sunday 2nd November 7.00 pm in Church- Annual Memorial Service, regardless of how long it has been and whether or not the service was held in a church.
Saturday 22nd November 7.30 pm in the School - Taste & See - an evening of foods from around the world with a Christian Message delivered by the very entertaining Robin Gamble. All free!
Saturday 29th November 12 noon in the school - Christmas Fair.
Sunday 30th November 7.00 pm - Advent reflections begin and folllow every Sunday night to Christmas. December
Saturday 13th December 10.45 am - Decorating the Church for Christmas. Turn up and lend a hand.
Sunday 21st December 11.00 am - Young Peoples Carol Service. At this service, the young people help lead and we enjoy a mixture of modern and traditional Christmas songs. Monday 22nd December 7.30 pm in the Church - Carol Service. This is what you might expect from such a service with Bible readings and traditional carols (some sung by candle light alone), but you never know - there may be something unexpected too! Wednesday 24th December 3.00 pm Christingle Crib Service 11.00 pm Midnight Communion. This traditional service last just over the hour so you see Christmas Day in, but get home early enough to grab some sleep before the kids wake at 4 am!
Thursday 25th December 10.30 am. Family Communion .This is a family orientated service with carols new and old and plenty of interaction. Children are encouraged to bring a favourite present while Dads show off their new novelty socks. It lasts under a hour so you can leave you turkey cooking and be back in good time to finish off all the trimmings.
Sunday 28th December 10.30 am. Communion with Carols (just one service this Sunday)
